
















For this Corporate Strategies Project, we were tasked with creating our own luxury business and applying various strategic tools to develop a clear vision for the next five years. Our business concept centers around owning, selling, and renting private jets, with a focus on two key strategies: first, offering bespoke interior and exterior customizations for private planes, collaborating with luxury brands like Dolce & Gabbana Casa and Chanel to create exclusive, designer-tailored jets; second, launching a private digital access club for our clients, allowing them to connect exclusively and host mid-air events, such as meetings or parties. In our presentation, we conducted a comprehensive market analysis, including SWOT, PESTLE, Porter's Five Forces, and explored business model diversification to outline how we plan to stay ahead in a competitive luxury sector.
